Man i love the ribs. And neck meat. The butts are good but not as good as a domestic to me. They just aint fat enough. Too lean and the fat tastes wild so i remove any

That's how i feel about the ribs, I've cooked them several ways, and they're ok, but I'll stick to my domestic porkers smile

How many people am i willing to sacrifice for freedom?
Everyone. All of them...

Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many!

buddy and I killed a 365 pounder that was raiding a friends corn feeder. It ate dang good. I don't remember ever killing one I wouldn't;t eat out of a LOT of hogs.

I've spent most of the money I've made in my lifetime on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.....

I’ve killed and eaten plenty, including boars well over 300#, and all save a couple were just as good as the rest. I only eat the ones I kill in winter and early spring when they’ve been feasting at the neighbor club’s corn feeders. Most of my pork goes into sausage though and I only do spot/stalk. I don’t want anything that’s been run and full of lactic acid.
The worst I’ve tasted came direct out of the lower delta river swamps. They taste like low tide smells.
