How important is precision regarding equal petals and how many (3 or 4)? I use scissors I bought from Precision Reloading they sell for slitting wads. You can play around with number of petals but I doubt it will matter with TSS. With Steel shot I can see a little bit of difference in 3 and 4 slits but thru a turkey choke I doubt there is any difference.
