I hunted fri afternoon and sat morn. I had

three does come in a food plot early about 4:00 fri aft.

Sat i morn i sat unitl 9:00. i didn't see

anything until i headed back to the sign in

shed. i saw 3 does in one food plot, two in

another, and 2 does and a 6 point crossed a road

in front of me. all this was closer to 10:00.

I guess at our place they were moving more mid-

day.

Saturday morning, four of us hunting from daylight till around 9:30. No deer seen. They moved late in the morning, and we should have sat later. We saw a few deer crossing the road, and talked to a guy that hunts beside us. He saw a half dozen or so, all between 9:30 and 10:30.

That afternoon I hunted. It was hot, and the mosquitoes were in force. I saw no deer.

Hunted the same stand Sunday morning that I did the afternoon before. Beautiful morning, cool and still. Saw two bucks (one shooter), and 3 does, all within 40 yards. Out of the woods by 9:30.

Man, you're leaving the stand too early.

Friday evening from 5 until dark, I had 16 does and 4 yearling bucks (biggest a decent little 6 pointer) come out in a fresh cut bean field. The does would only get to within 75 yards, but the bucks were all within 10 and I could've killed them all, but let em all have a pass to grow.

Saturday morning around 9, I saw a doe, but she was too far again. Somebody pushed her to me on the small game wma hunt. That's about all the hunting I got to do, we have a sick little girl that's been up all night, and now I've come down with something myself, just in time to start back to work tonight. frown

Saturday morning I saw 3 at 9:00 and a single buck at 9:45. 20 yards closer and he would have had a hole in him . smile I got his number next Saturday morning.
