This is kinda weird to me. I’ve seen a couple people in this post that have killed a bunch of big deer and know a lot about deer add a “.5” to a September picture of an Alabama whitetail. I guess it’s just habit but it’s so weird to me. Most Alabama deer don’t ever reach that “.5” til after the season is over. Most fawns are born in July/August down here. So by January they are 0.5.
