Seems to have been confirmed. Pontotoc County. Story goes the deer was found fighting with a dog in a neighborhood and was dispatched and reported for the strange behavior. Test came back positive for CWD. Everybody that hunts out of state take whatever steps you can to possibly prevent spread here. It's probly an eventuality but let's do what we can! You're about 2 weeks late!

Well pardon my ignorance and being late to the party gentlemen. I got the news from my MDWFP newsletter and thought it might be shareable. I don't have quite as much daily ALDEER pagetime in my life as some of you do so I don't have the threads memorized...Carry on! You don't have to memorize threads. Just scroll down a few threads on the first page and you will find it. http://www.aldeer.com/forum/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2624129#Post2624129
