Love my Benelli SBE2 for ducks. It's got a 26in barrel but I like it so I can turkey hunt with it too (it's my guest gun). 28in with extended choke tube starts getting long in the turkey woods.

But then again, a new shotgun is always a good idea.
That thought has gotten me into a bunch of trouble with the ol lady over the last few years. I don't know what it is about shotguns and 22 rifles but no matter how nice the ones I have are there's always another one that I just have to have. And now I'm sitting here with seven shotguns haha

I currently am shooting a Beretta A400 Xtreme Unico with a 26" barrel in marsh optifade and am torn in between keeping it or getting a benelli SBE2 with a 28" barrel in Timber optifade. I just wanted to gage yalls opinions and see what yall think is a better gun. Dont get rid of the Beretta. And don't trade guns based on the camo pattern. As I get older, the more I'd rather have a BPS in the boat.

Sell the Beretta, buy a Stoeger or Franchi, use the extra $$$ to buy several cases of shells. You're welcome.

I recently purchased the Benelli M2 and could not be more happier. 26" barrel in Bottomland. Fellow member/friend sent me the link that was posted in the gun thread from a place in Missouri, Dunns Sporting goods. Paid for it online on a Friday and picked it up from local gun store the following Wednesday. The next morning took it teal hunting, 1st three shells out the barrel produced 3 dead teal. Love everything about it and can't wait to shoot more ducks and hopefully turkey come spring. Previously, I have been shooting a Beretta 390a, which continues to be a great gun and will always stay in my possession. As much as I hate to say it (simply because the amount of death the Beretta has produced), I like the Benelli more(pending turkey season review lol).

If those problems were "Benelli Click" issues, that is predominantly a user error issue, not a gun issue.

Yep, almost every "benelli click" issue I have ever seen come in the shop was guys who were turkey hunting and easing the bolt down on the shell instead of letting it slam and seat properly.
