I found 3 different deer based glassing this morning Before 0830. All were bedded down. At 1215 I glasses a doe feeding on a hillside. At 1225 BOOM grin

I shot him across the valley at 310yds. Went to get my truck and drove around. Checked 2 roads to get closest route to deer and just took trekking poles and pack. Glad I didn't take gun. On the way out, I stepped out through some brush only to fall like 10ft... Not fun when stickers bushes stop your momentum, 😆

Thanks, it's comfortable and dries quickly. That's a light weight merino top and teton pant. They no longer make the pant. There's a couple sizes left in the outlet. I got 3pr I wear and a new pair in a tote. Rain jacket like you mentioned nice too. I got a chugach myself. They have a couple sizes in outlet for $140

Ok, the fall made me start hurting about 0400. Not cool! I've had some shoulder issues the last year and you guessed it, it's killing me lol
