Decided to give it a try Today. Raining here and slight nw breeze. Decided to try a greenfield this morning. Never hunted a greenfield in the morning but maybe after the rain they will come check it out.

Woke up this morning and thought, man this would be a good day to be out there! Feels great and its not raining here. These kind of days were prime where I hunted last year. Good luck guys.

Been a good morning so far. Besides all the stupid turkeys, I have seen a doe and a small buck. I have ran turkeys off until I am tired of it.

I’m stuck at work but one of my buddies killed a stud this morning. Just goes to show that a little rain won’t keep the deer from moving. Good luck to those of you lucky enough to be out there today.

Icducks, I’m predicting you’ll be getting PM from Yekrut or one of the other turkey slayers on this forum shortly. Good luck to all you fellers out in the woods today. Hunt safe, shoot straight.

Why would you run turkeys off?

That's it. Now that I'm looking at the rack, it's a 8pt with 2 kickers on G2. Killed close to the river I believe.
