Wife did a pot of taco soup tonight and it was good! Glad the cool weather is starting to come in.

My wife cooks that mess all the time. I got sick of it long time ago and now I eat a ham sandwich when Taco soup is on the stove. I make her freeze it in small bags and break them out whenever she gets to craving it. Puts time between cookings so I don't have to smell it as often.

nice! i opted for deer chili on Monday & have several meal portions frozen that i'll eat on during this week ... i do the same thing with taco soup

Heck yeah we freeze the leftovers. Makes a quick easy dinner in a hurry.
