I've got a 5 month old at home...so you know how that can go. I'm gonna try to really hit it hard from mid December thru the end of season. I usually take a week or so off from work at the beginning of January. I'll be hunting my wifes family land. It's an 800acre and 400acre tract that are about half a mile from each other on Skyline. Have some good deer on cam, hope to see them in person. The fool tells me his reasons; the wise man persuades me with my own.

I'm in a club in Colbert county and will be hunting family land in Marengo, Clarke and Wilcox counties. "Deer hunting used to be the pinacle of hunting-what you graduated to after learning to hunt small game. Trying to throw a kid into stand hunting, without having ever learned to HUNT is probably an effort in fultility." BSK
