Who has made their own lineman’s rope or safety rope and could you share the specs of the ropes you used and maybe post a link to the purchase site? Thanks!!

Do a search on youtube to make one. If you make a prussic, you need different diameter rope to function safely.

I made my own out of 10’ of BlueWater 11.6 mm Assaultline, a Wild Country Ropeman 2 Ascender and 2 Black Diamond Positron Carabiners. Got it all here: https://www.mountaingear.com

Made the mistake of buying ROPEMAN 2 ! You need to buy ROPEMAN 1.The Ropeman 2 has fine little teeth that bite into the rope and the fray the crap out of it. Look at the difference before you buy. Ropeman 1 is better option bc it’s teeth almost look like gears and aren’t as harsh on rope and honestely catch a lot better. 15 kn + rated life safety static 11mm rope of your choice. You can find it on amazon for the right price. One black diamond life safety non key locking carabiner, one swivel life safety caribiner. Checkout tradition bow hunting and wilderness podcast on YouTube. He has the specs in more detail. Dude is legit !
For his invisible attributes, namely, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly perceived, ever since the creation of the world, in the things that have been made. So they are without excuse. Romans 1:20
