Saw one the other day for sale. It’s pretty interesting, apparently Remington’s version of a guide gun. This was made in the 60’s because it had the vent-rib barrel. Anyone have any experience with these rifles?

I have one in .308. If you decide to buy it, first thing you need to do is have the trigger checked/replaced. Them was some faulty SOG's.
It's a nifty little rifle, though.

I've owned one in 6mm since the early 70's. Tack driver.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. Sorry guys I’m late getting back to ya. It’s $600 and chambered in .243 That's about the same price I've seen the last couple. $500 would be a better deal and $450 would be a no brainer IMHO, but I haven't kept on top of prices.
