Allegro Hot and Spicy marinade for 8+ hours, dry the pieces off on paper towels as you are putting them on the dehydrator, dehydrate according to your machine's instructions.

I've tried a bunch of homemade recipes over the years and they were fine but nothing great. I finally went back to high mountain. Its all great and you can't mess it up.

I've used a ton of different marinades and spices, but I always go back to a simple mix of Dale's marinade, a good soy sauce and water to taste.

I made some a couple of weeks ago, and I only marinated for 3 hours. Better to let it go overnight.

Soaked in Moore’s and dehydrated is hard to beat.

We make a lot.

Cut to size. Salt and pepper. Put in large mixing bowl. Stir in Moore’s marinade. Fridge for a day. Add generous amount of favorite hot sauce. Fridge couple more days. Crush black peppercorns and add. One more day in fridge then dehydrate. Simple.
