So they've agreed to bring at back as long as it stays clean.....there is a 10% chance it stays clean this weekend, and there is a 0% chance it stays clean for Auburn. If there was a % chance less than 0, it would be that.

With that said, anyone ever actually listened to the LSU fans with the band plays "Neck"? LOL, and it's not just the students either....

If they wanted to gather to sing dirty songs they could put on the Violent Femmes album from 1983 and knock themselves out for less money and more fun.

The students [just barely] keep it civil enough that it makes it all the way to the Iron Bowl, then it goes out in a blaze of glory.

Dumb decision. The kids wont keep it clean and it will be a story next week when its removed! Sad that that many people like yelling the F word no matter the circumstance

When Steve Sloan, I believe, tried to tamp down Rammer Jammer years ago he was called a nerd, a goody-two-shoes, basically told to shut up and go away.

Today we decry all the stuff on social media and how society is in decline with civility, but students yelling AGAINST THE WALL and F-bombs in a football setting with elderly folks and kids around is OK.

I suspect the ones that shout the loudest about class more than likely drop the F bomb twice every sentence in private settings and conversations.

I'm no paragon of virtue by any means and know it.

But folks (UA admin, Board, whoever) can't complain about students and fans adding extras to Dixieland Delight and then play it hoping everyone will just sing along with ol' Randy without tossing in other stuff. That's a pipe dream.

Agree 100%. I'm kinda like Gomer and think they may keep a lid on it until the Auburn game and if things go expected that will be the last time it's played.

Right. But once they play it, and the students act a fool, they can never play it again, and be on firm ground politically. It's all a dumb game.

They could begin playing Rammer Jammer an hour before kickoff for the AU game this year, the way things have been going.
