I'm in Washington county and we've been planting the middle to end of October the past few years. I'm curious when other folks in my area are planting.

Planted last weekend, luckily got a little rain. Had sprouts yesterday when I slung fertilizer. Rain on the way, according to the experts.

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

We always planted at the end of sept in Monroe co. This year we are gonna wait till Oct 12-13. Don't think it will make much difference.

We always plant the last of October. We let the early planters feed the army worms.

We planted one lease in Choctaw county this weekend because if the forecast is true that land will be to wet to plant after all the rain. We are gonna plant the other lease next weekend. I’ve always planted the end of September or the first of October and have had pretty good luck doing it

In Baldwin County, we have planted the 3rd weekend in October for the last few years and it has worked out. This year it looks like we are planting this coming weekend because that is when everyone can make it.

Mid october for me in Washington/Clarke. even planted November 1 one time. Worked out fine. Deer aren't using the food plots much early anyway.

South Baldwin - will plant 2 small bow hunting plots this weekend. Won’t plant our bigger plots until October 20 - 25.

Have been disappointed planting too early this far south.

Normally 1st weekend in October. Rain may mess that up this year.
