House cost $400,000 to build in 2012 Up to 150 additional acres available in different options. One includes very nice huge shop (cost $75,000 to build in 2011). Covered up with deer and turkey. About 48 acres is fenced and all new fencing in 2013. Buy all the land (150 acres), house, and shop for $450,000.
