Darrylcom OP 8 point Joined: Jul 2015 Posts: 1,833 Alabaster, AL	I’m smoking a little shoulder. Gonna have boiled peanuts, cucumber rolled sushi rolls, and zucchini fries with a home made marinara. For the shoulder, first I slather it in yellow mustard (does not affect taste, I feel it helps make the meat more tender and juicy) Then I sprinkle it with butt rub: Going in smoker now. Hopefully I’ll remember to post pics when finished.

Have a new smoker being delivered Tuesday and cannot WAIT to start using a smoker again. Sort of got away from using one for a bit but am totally back on that page!! Hope your shoulder turns out well. Be kind to one another and tell the ones you love that you love them often. We never know what tomorrow will bring.
