Your Reloading Benches.......

I recently moved and I left my bench at the old house. It was really just a heavy duty table I picked up at a yard sale, and the folks that bought the house wanted it. My new location currently bench-less, and I'm currently contemplating what to build. Post some pics so I can further *dial in* what I'm trying to decide on. Where else am I supposed to get good ideas of practical reloading spaces?

Yeah we aren't practical benchwise. Start with 4x8 and 4 drawers you'll discover why most of us have a dedicated room or building. One can NEVER have enough bullets primers powders cases.

Only hits count.

Here is the one I helped my uncle build. It is based off of these plans : http://accurateshooter.net/Blog/benchnrma.pdf

I built a version of it when I was in college that was scaled down to 2' x 4' and it works well just wish I had more space.

When we built his, he had a cabinet shop precut all of the plywood, and it really went together nicely. Lots of storage space in the cabinets and below, and ample room on the bench for cleaning guns, etc.

Here's mine it's made out solid wood door that came out the hospital when the remodeled the ER. There's a 12" wide shelf to the right of the picture that's 8 ft long same height as the bench. It's where my Sonic cleaner is and some racks where I let brass dry after rinsing the cleaning solution off, keep brass seprated while loading in separate trays like trimmed and cleaned, lubed, sized, expanded primed and loaded then go back and crimp.[Linked Image]

This is what I ended up with. I may see about getting a shelving structure above the table top later on. But for now, I'm back in action.

We moved in June. This is as far as I’ve gotten in setting up the new area. My RCBS sits on the counter on the left
