In all seriousness, the amount of resources we (as a country) spend to outlaw a stupid plant is just asinine. Zero legitimate reason it should be outlawed when things like alcohol and cigarettes are perfectly legal. Hell, I'd be willing to bet prescription drugs are a MUCH bigger issue than weed.
There are 3 certainties in an uncertain world:
1. All Politicians Are Liars 2. All Gun Laws Are an Infringement 3. Taxation Is Theft

You have no idea. I am a vet and see it. When someone comes in with an animal asks for a controlled substance by name, huge red flag.
Your typical junky is breaking into pharmacies trying to score their pills. Opioids are absolutely a huge problem. Your typical stoner listens to music like this, wears a drugrug and craves taco bell. I would much rather have these types around personally.

Yep, hell I believe I'd rather be around a pothead than a habitual drunk, for that matter.

Drunkenness and drug abuse use has no place in life.

Isaiah 5:20 Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.
I believe meth has it all beat as far as not wanting to be around someone that's using it. Every person I've been around smoking pot was just as happy as could be. Someone on meth is liable to do anything like ending up in Walmart butt naked like what happened in Dothan a while back.

I just stay away from both.
This
Personally, they need to either legalize or make the punishment so severe it actually deters usage/selling

Didn't Coke originally have cocaine in it? Why not weed? I don't mess with it but have no problem with those who do but it's kind of sounds like a risk for kids to get their hands on. Of course they will get it if they want to.

That's the dang solid truth right there.

I've never smoked weed and am absolutely for legalization. I maintain multiple badges into facilities that drug test, so I haven't previously nor currently partake in drugs. Uncle Sam has bigger issues to focus on than Devils Lettuce.
Yes. That's how it got the Coca Cola name. My Grandaddy used to talk about having aches and pains and drinking a Coke would make it all go away
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
Why are you for legalization if you know nothing about it?
Because I know that having tax dollars spent fighting it are a lost cause. https://mises.org/library/mises-explains-drug-war "The war on drugs is a failure. It has failed to prevent drug abuse. It has failed to keep drugs out of the hands of addicts. It has failed to keep drugs away from teenagers. It has failed to reduce the demand for drugs. It has failed to stop the violence associated with drug trafficking. It has failed to help drug addicts get treatment. It has failed to have an impact on the use or availability of most drugs in the United States."
Crackheads, methheads, potheads and whatever other users will exist regardless whether it is legal or not. The war on drugs will always be a failure, too many scripts being written for kickbacks from the big drug companies, as the saying goes follow the money.
If I agreed with you, we'd both be wrong.
Bluetick serpentines around green fields and rock spit a lease
The war on drugs CAN be won, but we don't want to. Too much money and political influence in drugs. If we aren't going to get serious about it, we need to just legalize it and be done.

Does anyone else find it strange there’s an absolute war on tobacco right now, but everyone thinks marijuana is freaking awesome and harmless? They’re running commercials on DIP and acting like it’s the bubonic plague. I’d bet the number of folks that die from dip each year is extremely low. But the commercials are acting like it’s Meth or Flakka etc.

Prohibition called it want's its T-shirt back. There are drugs that need to be focused on if you want to actually save lives and that's Heroine and Oxy Codine based. Phizer is realeasing a new anti opiate drug to help the problem they created but of course as long as they are eating from the trough it will not change.

I'd like to congratulate drugs... For winning the war on drugs.
It sure did as soon as a State legalized any part of it. States rights haven't had this big of test since the Civil War and the feds need the challenge. If you are a Patriot it shouldn't matter what side of that fence you fall on that when rights are concerned.

The war on drugs was lost before it even got started, I am for legalization of the Mary Jane, I have smoked it a few times over the years, if they made it legal I would most likely never buy another 6 pack, I have worked with what you call true pot heads off and on for 20 years and I can tell you I would rather work with them than an alcoholic that gets the shakes while running the break press or driving the forklift.....
I don't think they should make everything legal like some folks do, there is no reason what so ever to make heroin, meth, crack, cocaine, or any of the rest of it legal ....
The end of democracy and the defeat of the American revolution will occur when government falls into the hands of lending institutions and moneyed incorporation's Thomas Jefferson. 1812

The only way to win the war on drugs is to put ourselves in prison, and then all the guards will be getting high.

The best way to get drugs is in Prison. It's easier there than on the street.
Jmudler, that's spot on!

Did yall even read the article. They want to add CDB to coke. No THC in the plan at all. What is the difference in getting the CDB pills for pain and washing it down with a coke and this?
