You're wasting your breath. There are some folks who refuse to hold the PARTY responsible and, instead, put 100% of the blame on people who don't look at Roy Moore like an innocent Sunday School teacher who has never done any wrong.

While that may be the case, knowing the $$ that Dems were putting into the race and them pulling out all the stops with the last minute underage sex claims, anyone living in Bama that did not vote republican, regardless of the quality of the candidate, essentially cast a vote for the democrat. That extra vote in the senate that the Dems now control, (thanks to all of those who didn't just hold their nose and vote for Moore while knowing that they could vote to replace him with another repub in the primary this year) may very well be the deciding vote that keeps Trump from putting another conservative judge on the Supreme Court. Some people just do not get it.

There are dozens of people in other positions around the state that would have mopped the floor with Doug Jones.

I haven't been able to vote FOR a candidate (on the national level) since Ronald Reagan. What we must do, unfortunately, is vote for the BEST candidate we're given. And here's a clue, that's NEVER THE DEMOCRAT!

I think that Herman Cain would've been an excellent president. He definitely would've had my vote. For those that dont remember, he was not defeated by a republican challenger in the primaries. He too was derailed behind the scenes by the Democraps (because they dang sure couldnt afford to let the Republicans run a black candidate). The Dems would've lost 50% of the black vote and that would've sentenced them to losing every election from there forward, until such time as they could import enough additional latino votes across our southern border. Not running Herman Cain was the single biggest mistake that the Republican party ever made IMO. He would have single handedly killed the democratic party for at least the rest of our lifetimes.
