My Paw Paw used to heat up about half cup to a cup of neatsfoot oil and melt a quarter size dollop of beeswax in it and while it was still warm rub it Into the leather. (On the inside of the holster just use raw beeswax) I believe the original Sno Seal is basically the same thing as his mix but that's not how the ol' man taught me

I keep this this at the house. Haven't looked but probably same stuff (ingredients) you can purchase at the automotive store or wallyworld. But most of mine are stained up, but I keep 'em conditioned lol....
