I’m looking to find individuals who like to squirrel hunt and live in coastal Alabama. That would be interested in teaming up to squirrel hunt this upcoming season on primarily public land in deep southern bama. I can supply a boat for the trips and I have scouted out some pretty good spots to start. Reply via sending pm or reply to Thread

I bet feists don't last too long down there in the Baldwin Co. swamps!

You gonna pull them pistols, or whistle Dixie?

I'd be scared of what mine would do to a gator

We will burn that bridge when we get there

My dog is pretty tough, but I don't think I want to risk him having an off day.

Yeah I could see the gators being an issue if using squirrel dogs but to each there own. I don’t care if someone wants to bring dogs or just go stalk I’m just looking to go kill squirrels.

I had no doubt from scouting that the swamps and river bottoms had fair share of squirrels. But based on your picture and scouting I also love to talk thunder chickens especially the willy ole sneaky swamp thunder chickens

Overall they’re is several areas in southern bans that look have fair share of several game species that’s least if willing to go in there and get them.

Hey I'm always game to bag some tree rats. Been watching the oaks just waiting for season.

Just the other day I saw a Big Red Fox Skwurl at Blakely Field in Mobile.
Never woulda thought they'd be down here on Mobile Bay.
