It all worked out in the end but we had to depend on AU pulling an AU in the SEC championship No we didn't. If AU had won the SECCG, Bama would have still been in the playoffs.

No way in hell Bama gets in with Auburn winning the SECCG. Auburn and UGA were interchangeable. Whoever won was in, along with Clemson, OU, and Bama. Who gets in instead of Bama in your mind last year? I'll hang up and listen.

If Jalen starts again this year, I don't see why any receiver would commit to play at Bama. Calvin Ridley got drafted really high but how much better would his draft stock have been if he had Tua throwing to him for even just the last 3-4 games of the year. This video makes me feel really bad for those receivers... If Jalen starts I will not watch a single game. Seriously?? I've got enough confidence in the entire coaching staff, not just Saban, that if Jalen starts, it's because he gives us the best chance to win. I had that kind of confidence until last season. It was very obvious that a lot of the players and coaches wanted Tua to have a shot. Go back and watch the Iron Bowl and the Clemson game and you'll see a lot of bad body language by WR's and several times that Daboll and Saban had some words on the sideline where it was clear that Daboll wanted Tua in there. It all worked out in the end but we had to depend on AU pulling an AU in the SEC championship 100%

You’re not a real fan if you say this. You might as well find you a good show on Netflix to watch with that attitude. This is probably one of the stupidest statements I’ve seen on this forum. Not going to watch an Alabama game because of who’s starting. Man get out of here go hop on some other band wagon.
