Fired Ohio State assistant football coach Zach Smith sent a picture of his penis from a White House bathroom among other locales and had more than $2,000 worth of erotic toys, apparel and photo equipment sent to his office at the school in 2015, according to a published report Friday night.

Stadium reported that Smith, citing photos it had obtained, sent a photo from April 20, 2015 - the same date of Ohio State’s White House visit after winning the 2014 national title - where his penis could be seen alongside a towel that had the Seal of the President of the United States.

Courtney Smith, the ex-wife of Zach Smith, also told Stadium that he “took multiple photos of his penis inside the Ohio State coaches’ offices” and he “photographed himself in the coaches’ offices receiving oral sex and having sex with a OSU staffer."

So The OSU is playing this like pros with some serious legal guidance. The entire urban investigation as been reported to have been conducted with verbal record only. Because of this there can be no Freedom of Information Act request for written records. Wow that is CYA level 10 !!!

The procedures and actions taken during Hillary's email investigation, will be the new model used for situations just like this. Nobody interviewed and nothing said under oath, nothing left in the way of evidence, written or on tape, shred or delete and bleach bit anything that would prove harmful to the outcome needed. OSU is probably just spending this extra time scrubbing all computers and AD personnel offices to make sure that everything is properly cleaned up and that there is nothing that someone might be able to bring to light at a later date.

It isn't that they are not keeping up with recordings and records. They are. Those would be attorney client, work product. They are submitting only a oral report to the university. The report would be subject to disclosure if it was written.

Ohio State has way too much invested in Urban to let this go all Penn State.
