I have some company outings coming up at Top Golf. I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were about Texas de Brazil? I had thought about incorporating it into the outing as well.

I've never eaten there but folks who have tell me it really good. Expensive, but good...I can tell you the chips and salsa and margaritas at Cantina Laredo suck!!

I've eaten at one in Dallas. It was really good, especially the lobster bisque. The meats were good but not great--a little overcooked for my liking. It is expensive if you consider $60/person to be expensive.

Its a fun time and would be a good place for a business dinner. Good, but not great food and the salad bar is very good.

It's nice and you will leave there full no doubt. I found the meat to be a little on the salty side from being heavily seasoned but it was all good. It's about 50 per person or $25 per head for the soup and salad bar. I might go back one day but I'm not just dying to get back.

The only odd thing I found about the place was I wore one of my Stetson cowboy hats with a snakeskin hatband. I was just going to put the hat in the empty seat beside me and the waiter kept wanting to take it and hold it up front. He asked and I declined several times and then one of the managers came by and offered to store it in the office. I found it odd that they were so persistent so I just handed him the hat and he shuffled off with it. When I got up to leave he was standing there smiling with my hat and handed it to me. They were never unfriendly though and the service was excellent.

If you drink water and don't get any dessert, its about $50. I went to the one in Orlando and after I left I had to go Lay down. The food was good. I stayed away from salad and sides and I though I was putting a hurting on them...but my belly was way too full.

It's worth it if you have never been. After that it's up too you. Decent food and nice atmosphere. If you don't leave full it's your own fault.

Never been to dinner but they serve lunch on Fridays. It's $25 for meat and salad and well worth it. I'll not go in the evenings so i can't tell you how it fairs.

I've never be to TDB but I've been to Fogo de Chao. It was good. I liked some of the sides more than the meat, but it was still good meat. I'd rather spend 30 somewhere for a REALLY good steak then 50-60 for all I can eat, but I guess that's kind of the point.

I'd have asked why, and then said no.

I figure they were just worried that with all those food trays buzzing around that it was going to get dirty and I would hold them liable. I was on a date night with my wife and she doesn't like confrontation so I just shrugged it off. I guess it wasn't a big deal either way.

Y'all must've had a lot to drink. I've never seen it costed $70 per person before.

TDB is OK. Not my first thought for eating out if I want to have a fine meal.

It’s a crack house for meat eaters, one of my top 5 places.
