My ES's are salt and peppered scrambled eggs with a dash of milk in the pan while frying, soft white bread (very important) and a slice of Kraft singles cheese. No spreads of any kind. One of the girls and I ate'em for supper tonight but it got me thinking...wonder how others make theirs. I'm thinking of trying a fancier cheese but have no idea what goes good with egg. What you say?

Fried egg, salt & pepper, cholula hot sauce, cheese. Sometimes I’ll squirt a little ketchup on it.

Fried egg so it don't spooge, dukes, onion, salt, pepper on bread. Pretty simple.

Two scrambled and shaped the size of a couple pieces of fresh white loaf bread. Salt, pepper, light Mayo on both sides. Good hot or cold for a to-go lunch.

Just had one for breakfast a while ago. 2 eggs soft fried, 2 slices apple wood smoked ham, sargento pepper jack cheese and toasted wheat bread. That'll keep you going most of the day.

What you do today, you have to sleep with tonight.

Fried egg (seasoned with Tony's), fried piece of bologna, little mayo on bread. Nothing else needed

I have one a week typically. 2 eggs fried til they're not runny at all, salt & pepper, mayo, hot sauce, toasted wheat bread, slice of whatever real cheese is in the fridge (provolone, white cheddar, swiss, colby jack) and a few slices of turkey sandwich meat. Will add a few slices of a tomato if I have it handy.

Come on guys. If it has anything but eggs and seasoning it's not an egg sandwich, It's a bacon&egg, Bacon, egg and cheese and so forth. laugh

I've found that the bread is more important than the egg for a good egg sandwich.

Personally for me, 2 eggs scrambled, couple dashes of LA hot sauce and mayo on each slice of FRESH, soft bread.

I'll add bacon if I've got any.

Toasted bread or not doesn't really matter to me. 2 eggs, mayo, salt, pepper and dash of hot sauce

Toasted wheat bread, Dukes mayo, bacon, romaine lettuce, juicy homegrown tomato, over easy egg. Basically a BLT with a fried egg on it.

Next time you make a homemade pizza try a cracked egg right in the middle. I love dipping the crust in the runny egg yolk.

Fry egg hard with busted yoke. Put on white bread with mayo salt and pepper and sliced cheese. Eat hot or wrap with foil and eat an hour later fishing.

Don't matter how the egg is cooked as long as it's completely done. Lately I've been cooking them in the microwave in cereal bowl. You've never had an egg fluffier than a microwaved egg, I'll guarantee that.

Egg, mayo, salt, greek seasoning and July through Frost, a big slice of homegrown tomato.

Microwave eggs are good but scambled only. I tried a fresh cracked one and the yoke exploded. Little butter smeared in the bowl first or non-stick spray is a must.

Agree with Irish, Dukes and a thin sliced better boy is a great way to eat it.
