I broke stuff, hollered, managed to make myself bleed accidentally but man it felt good to just come unglued for a minute!

Sometimes its good to let it all out imo.

I learned the hard way not to hit/break stuff out of anger....this was from getting mad and punching a door frame. Won't do that again...

I have never understood why people tear up their own stuff when they get mad....

The end of democracy and the defeat of the American revolution will occur when government falls into the hands of lending institutions and moneyed incorporation's Thomas Jefferson. 1812

I got REAL mad at work not too long ago and on the drive home almost slammed my fist on part of my center console on my truck that I just fixed...but remembered that stupid piece of plastic "costed" me $400. I calmed down real quick.

Got mad at a car seat recently.. the seat belt wouldn’t go through the back and I kept clipping my hand on a sharp piece of plastic. It was a million degrees outside, my hand was bleeding from forcing it behind the seat with the belt, the padding of the seat kept falling everywhere and coming undone....
When I nearly had the belt pushed through there the seat belt locked up and wouldn’t pull...
After about 15 minutes of getting my tail whipped I lost it..
started yanking the belt, throwing the seat inserts, shaking the car seat, threw the seat across the yard, and went inside.

We bought a new seat

Yep....car seat designers are flat out evil. A mans hand cant fit behind those dag nabit things. I took great pride in burning one once.

My granddaughter's car seat weighs about 40# and that little seat belt hole isn't big enough for a hand to fit through it.
Then, to put the stupid thing in my truck, I gotta climb up and over the back seat and stand on my head to buckle it. I haven't burnt the seat, yet, but I have thought about how much I would enjoy stomping the mud out of the designer.

I can honestly say I have never touched a person or child when angry. Now in the middle of a project and have a tool die or not work correctly.....that rascals is going flying. For example, I was putting tyvex on the shop I am building. The dam slap stapler kept opening and the spring would fly out and the staples would drop out. I went up and down that ladder 3 times. I lost my religion and the creek on the other side of my yard has a gently used Stanley stapler in it. I even admired how high and far it went.

Yeah I broke an old broom and a light switch cover and a metal car washing mop thing that I hated. Figured I was out about $5 after it was over. Funny how people and animals will scatter whem a fit starts and slowly reemerge once it is complete.

I had a brace off a ladder stand swing down and hit me in the head one day man I bet the animals still talk about that day
