The center and bottoms are starting to rot on several tomatoes. What could it be ( beside blossom end rot) and what can remedy it

Why would you think it is not blossom end rot?

Just never had it rot all the way through plus we limed heavy

Some are rottening on the sides,some on bottom some have places like in this picture

That's most likley viral. If that plant or plants was in my garden, I'd pull up the ones that looked like that and burn them, then NUKE the garden with insecticide that will kill stink bugs. They'll transmit the virus from one plant to another.

That's sunburn. Tomatoes are meant to ripen under the shady canopy of the plant, not sit in the direct sun.

That aint sunburn....thats piss stains on em... ....prolly off your deck too... ....maybe the neighbors....

I agree with Fur...yank those plants up and get rid of them. I had to do that with the first eight plants I set out. Made me sick because they were about six feet tall and loaded with tomatoes but you have to get rid of them.

Look at the plant. The leaves and stems. That's not sunburn.
