Trophy managed. Low # of members/acre for low pressure hunting. We do have a campsite with power and water, but you will have to run your own lines (no preset hookup). Im passing along further information about this lease as I was in it last year. The only reason I am not rejoining is I now have the opportunity to purchase my own ground.

The lease is a mix of mountains and valley land (PRV) with an excellent road system. The camp itself sits in the Hytop community and as mentioned has power and water hookup available. The actual hunting property itself drops off the mountain into the PRV. You can access the PRV aspect of the property from the internal road system from the top or from a county road from the bottom. Abundant water sources year round for wildlife. Good turkey and deer population.

Multiple trophy deer have been shot off this property over the past 10-15 years and the area itself has produced numerous 130 class and larger bucks on a consistent basis. The current lease last year was set at 6 members, all of which had several different out of state properties to hunt and was rarely hunted due to this. Everone was on the same page and 4.5 year old deer and larger were targeted. Surrounding leases had the same mentality. The three or four times I hunted last year I had the entire lease to myself. The property also joins the WMA area which makes it hunt much larger than 1600 acres. And the area of the WMA it borders is dang near unapproachable unless someone wishes to hike several miles from the nearest main road for access.

I have no skin in this game whatsoever so please feel free to message me if you have any questions but this is an excellent lease for someone wanting an opportunity to kill a large whitetail. Chad was an excellent lease manager to deal with and wanted to give everyone a good picture of what type of property this is.
