This 30 year old club with 4,000 acres near Livingston and York now has an extra club-owned 30 ft. nice camper with covered front porch, and 4 wheeler barn, for 2 new members out of only 12 total club members. Very modest annual rental cost to reimburse owners. 6 to 7 hunters per weekend is normal total camp participation. Very little weekday hunting except holidays, but certainly allowed. This club has very low hunting pressure because, as to deer hunting, only members and immediate family members may hunt. Harvest limited to 3 big, mature bucks per membership, no exceptions. Doe harvest within reason. Hogs unlimited. 45 shooting house with Summer planting in addition to Fall planting, and year round feeding program. Secured camp ground area. If you wish to supply your own housing, then fine, but not necessary. Power and water available.
The other existing 10 members are housed in large, comfortable camp house or one of several other detached buildings. Older, mature membership consisting of professional business sportsmen, but family welcome with member present. Camp meals served on weekends. 330 acres per membership. That is an outstanding hunter/land ratio. However, these benefits come with a cost. Annual dues approximately $4,500, but unlike most clubs, about half that amount is payable over 4 quarters. Sorry, turkey rights not included. This is a low membership club that only shoots mature, quality bucks. No drama with great folks. Existing members are from Meridian, Tuscaloosa, Birmingham and MS / FL gulf coast.

Stay far away. Hunted there couple of years ago, whole area is over pressured by multiple hunting clubs. 3 mature deer per membership? Has not been 3 mature deer shot there in multiple years combined. Coming in very Strong!

You and your son were in the club for 1 year just after we started the program and things have gotten a lot better in the last 4 years.
