Anybody been seeing any poults? The last week or two has been rough on them I imagine with all of this rain.

Been very dry up this way. Just about right for them. Alberto isn't gonna help down south I don't guess

Baldwin county has had average rainfall concerning the storm. Hopefully it stays like that.

Have seen two groups from April 20th.

I saw 9 or 10 in Clay County couple weeks ago and a few of them flew up in a tree so hopefully they’re big enough to escape most predators, my buddy saw 15 in Tallapoosa county last week

Haven’t seen any in Tuscaloosa county. Waiting til mid June before I bush hog my fields

Saw two different sets on Saturday around northwest Alabama.. Both were just a few days old. Momma hens were ~200 yards apart and both had their wings outstretched covering their little ones. It had rained all night and the woods were still really wet. Pretty cool experience.

I saw a hen with just 3 poults last week

I haven't personally seen any but a couple guys down working on the new lease have seen a few large groups of young poults. One group was old enough to fly up in trees. Sounds like we had a good hatch this spring on the new lease.

Saw 2 groups yesterday, 5-6 poults each

FINALLY while running traps this AM I saw a hen and was able to count 10 poults with her

Last year i saw a bunch on redstone arsenal. A bunch. This year im not workin there and aint seen any but aint been in the rite areas either

Saw 20+ Today. Half knee high. Suckers could fly darn good

I had 2 hens and 6 poults on the camera this morning. Have had a hen and 4 poults about the same size as these several times. May be the same? Hard to say but they look healthy, maybe 8-10" tall, not sure how old that makes them I am new to this.

I saw 4 in Pike County yesterday that were barely old enough to walk. The only reason I found them was because the hen would not leave and I knew they had to be around somewhere.

I wish they did not do those evil growing season burns around here.

I've been seeing a big group of hens and poults down the road here from the house.....probably close to 20 birds total. They've been in the same spot several days that I rode by. It's actually on another Aldeer member's hunting club.

I saw a hen with 8 the other day in coosa cnty and probably several hens but a dang wad of poults a couple miles from the house. Not any sign here at the house though.

Seen a hen and 3 poults today. I went to check on our chufas cause the timber company has started spraying the woods. Looks like they went around the plots.

I saw two sets of hens and poults on Friday. They were all flying pretty good.
