With all this stupid flooding rain we are gettin my maters are gonna split. Guess I will be picking them green, even the cherry tomaters. I will be putting them away pickled.

love some pickled green tomatoes. My tomatoes are just grew above the top of my 5 ' baskets and still no tomatoes. This rain has been good . It came a dang flood here earlier today.

All of them are big and green, but none are even looking red yet cause there aint been no sunshine on them. This storm coming in is just gonna make them pop.

You can cut the roots on one side of the plant with a shovel and it will force ripen tomatoes on that vine. Just cut down beside the plant about a foot away from the stem. Three shovels wide. No more.

Just eat them GREEN and fried.

I got TONS of green ones as well, so far the only ones that have ripened any on the vine are my husky cherry. My peppers are going crazy and I've had some nice zucchini's so far.

Well, spit. My beautiful tomato plants in my raised bed are sick. At least part of them are getting wilted looking. Out of the eight in that bed, I have already pulled two plants. Not totally sure if the others are going to make it or not and not real sure there is anything I can do for them.

Sure hate it cause they are loaded with tomatoes. None of my in ground plants have this malady. I will still have18 plants even if I lose the entire bed of plants.

Anybody else having problems?

too much damn rain..same thing happened to my maters/green beans last year. My green beans 1/2 (youngest) look bad, rest look good. I can fix not enough rain but I hate too much of it.

Several of mine just look like the leaves are curled tight. One right next to it looks great. I’ve done everything I know to do, no real change.

I have some doing the same thing. Kinda wilted and yellowing. I don't have much experience but I was chalking it up to the rain also. Have tons of maters. I was just gonna let them ride ave hope they pull thru.

Two of my cherry maters kinda look like kudzu with a half-ton of green maters on them. If there is some big sun within the next day or so I will prolly have a bumper crop that I will have to hurry pick. But if there is any more rain then its gonna be a total loss.

I have pulled 7 of the 8 plants in that bed. One plant does not look very bad at all. Feel sure it will also lose the battle. Made me sick to pull them cause they were loaded with tomatoes!!

I got good drainage on my few, so I am holding out hope. But dangit, if this rain dont let up....
