Build a trap, you can wipe them out A buddy of mine built one a few years back - he had very good success. A few chicken necks, a carpeted plank, and a framed wooden box with wrapped in chicken wire slightly submerged in water. Turtles walk the plank, so to speak, fall into trap and can’t get out. Very conclusive but my grandkids would not have fun.

The turtle population expands in my pond from time to time but I use these expansions as an opportunity to hone my shooting skills. The lever action Henry 22 combined with a Redfield scope makes for good times plinking turtles.

He won't hurt them fish. But you won't have to worry about turtles or snakes when did gators stop eating fish?? Gators will eat fish.Their impact on game fish is negligible.I've seen firsthand the impact of releasing a gator in a pond. But you have the right to your opinion

Was it your car 257? Was it your cat? No sir. Was standing out front of rustys riverfront grill in Vicksburg and this dumbass cat was eating something sitting right up under a car tire. Old lady never saw it and put her in drive and hauled butt. Cat never knew what hit it

are turtles that smart will they abandon a pond if enough of em wind up dead? No. Start trapping them and relocate, dump, eat or something else.

Glocks won't kill turtles. This is false! Accidental discharge will kill every turtle in a pond this size. Even if the glock was on the bottom of the pond for 10 years, it will keep on killing turtles. You can probably find a youtube video of it happening.
