Venison and riced cauliflower stuffed bell peppers. Outstanding. Good for all you low carb guys. Browned some venison, then added sautéed onion, garlic, chopped pepper tops, some sautéed riced cauliflower with olive oil, some Italian seasoning, a cup of tomato sauce and some cheese. y'all might want to put a little water in the pan aroundvthe peppers. It helps keep their shape better I think. Not mandatory though.
