Who else loves a good Chuck eye. I've gotten to where I buy these instead of ribeyes. Poor man's ribeye and they are fine if you can find a good thick one.
It isn't necessary to see a good tackle...you can hear it.

I saw some the other day that looked great but I wasn't there to buy red meat. I'll pick some up next time though.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

If ribeyes ain't on sale their my go to. Pretty popular around here. I have to call the store and get them to hold me some.

They are an okay substitute for ribeye. It is simply the next cut beyond the ribeye. It's still not as good as the real deal.

I got some this weekend and I'm convinced. They are some count.

I gotta say, I'm not a big fan. I bought some a month or so ago and grilled them. Lot's of fat and the flavor wasn't what I expected. I like Ribeyes but my favorite steaks are Strips, Tbones and Fillets. I really like a good sirloin too.
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
