What's the best product to seal a new yellow pine tongue and groove porch ceiling. I want to leave it as natural as possible. My painter painted mine cuz od miscommunication on my part its sealed good tho

I used clear thompson water seal since it's out of the weather.

Boiled linseed oil and minersl spirits mixed 50/50. That's what we are going to use on our tongue and groove cabin floors followed by bees wax or carnuba wax. I did a bunch of samples of other stuff including poly and spar urethane, etc... and the BLO looked and felt the best. It's an old tried a true finish, and there's a reason that it is in my opinion.
If it's good enough for a gun stock it's good enough for my pine floors.
I thought you were supposed to paint porch roofs paint blue?
