Texas rigged Zoom 7.5 curly tail worm in junebug, red bug, or electric blue with a small bullet weight is deadly. I have caught so many fish that way that I do not even like to throw much of anything else. During the heat of the summer is when I have caught my big ones. I seem to always catch a 6+ pounder on that setup in June or July.

If you just want to catch bass in numbers and aren't concerned about the size, there is no better pond bait IMO than a wieghtless Texas rigged, Zoom FInesse worm, on a 1/0 or 2/0 hook. Throw it parallel to the bank. Cotton Candy, Plum, Junebug are the best colors that I've used.
