As always, looks amazing. Can you tell me more about the brussel sprouts? Trim sprouts and cut in half lengthwise Put in a bowl big enough for tossing Sprinkle on salt and pepper Drizzle on peanut oil and sriracha Toss to coat Place in a baking dish big enough that the sprouts are pretty much on a single layer Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes Pull out and drizzle with honey Stir Place back in oven for about 5-10 more minutes Pull them out, serve and Chow down! You may have to adjust all that based on your tastes and your oven. All quantities are approximate...
