Well since my efforts at getting in a club in the river swamp have only placed me on a couple waiting list I will expand my search!!!

I am looking for a club with a camp that is loaded with hogs. I’m not interested in a club that only has a few hogs in deer season. I’m wanting a place that has a high population year round!!! Like I said in my last post I only get to deer and turkey hunt a few times a year so my main focus is on catching hogs but would like the club to have good deer and turkey hunting also. I don’t care what the dues are If you have or know a place that meets what I’m looking for please pm me or text/call 251-428-0374 Thanks

I have never seen somebody willing to pay so much have this much trouble finding a lease or club. Something has to pop up sometime.

Did you have a similar ad on FB Alabama Hunting clubs and leases? If you are looking to run dogs regular, even out of deer season, it will be more difficult to findca group willing to have that on their lease. We have more hogs than deer, and trap hogs year round. But we don't allow dogs.

If I had a bunch of hogs I'd give you a permit.

But we don't.

Mdees I sent you a pm and yes sir I did have a post on there. I’m not hurting for places to hunt hogs with dogs. I have a few different properties that I have hog rights on. I’m just trying to find a good club for hunting hogs, deer, and turkey with a camp.

This is evidence that hunters secretly love their hogs, and want to keep them for themselves laugh

Could be and likely is to some degree. I think it is more that hunters want control of their property more than they are willing to allow someone to remove hogs. I know a lot of properties that have hogs and they don't do anything with them other than deer season and seem to despise them then. However, trusting someone to run dogs on their property is even more disconcerting to them.

I think it has more to do with the running of dogs like others eluded to.

He's willing to pay some money and I could be wrong but most of the larger land tract leases I've come across are folks who are trying to trophy manage for deer and don't want the added pressure. There are clubs here in AL that don't allow trail cameras unless they're wireless and gas ATV's/UTV's to keep pressure down. If it's a higher dollar lease or club odds are they probably also have the financial means and resources to trap the hogs and/or buy/use thermals or NVG's to hunt them. JMO and it could be completely wrong

Hogs definitely aren’t the problem they are made out to be. We’ve had them come and go over the years with zero problems and you wouldn’t even notice unless you really were looking for hog sign

They are constant on our patch. We've been running a JagerPro trap sincw last year yo try and beat them back. We trapped over 80 from two spots over the summer, plus around 20 shot during season this year and trail cams currently show at least 3 different sounders (10-40 strong) hitting fields last week.

I offered to help. I dont believe hunting hogs with dogs the way i do it puts anymore pressure on deer then going in filling feeders. I hunt some of the best deer hunting properties in choctaw county multiple times a week and opening day of gun season we killed two mature bucks off green feilds. I dont hunt in big groups. 90% of the time i hunt by my self with no gun just dogs. when i do have someone with me it is my father in law or a guy i went to highschool with. I only hunt silent dogs and only put 2 or 3 dogs on the ground at a time so i can keep up with where they are and i only leave the road when the dogs are bayed. Once i drop the dogs the only time my ranger is moving is when the dogs get out of range or they are showing bayed on the garmin.

If you had to look really hard for sign then y'all never had a hog problem or many hogs at all.

The highlighted is going to be a lot of the problem that folks are going to have with it. I know I don't want that kind of pressure on my lease at any time of the year , in season or not. That much pressure on a place is never a good thing IMHO

This post has been sidetracked. I’m not looking for a place to hunt multiple times a week. I’m simply looking for another place that I can hunt deer turkey and hogs that also has a camp. I have 4 other properties that I hog hunt with dogs and I’m already in two hunting clubs for deer. I’m not looking to hunt a place to death. I hunt the place above hard because the landowner wants me to and if I don’t I could loose it. Thanks for all the input but unless it is the name of a club or contact information I’m really not interested. Thanks
