Just checked the SAAMI spec, says 2.035. Very odd, IMO, Lapua is the best. Have you taken other measurements and compared to SAAMI spec?

Lapua is normally excellent quality. I use it in 308 win and have been very pleased with the consistency and quality.
I would call customer service or the retailer where you purchased the brass and exchange it.
