Tonic Water with Quinine. Drink 4-5 oz each night before bed.
Your welcome This is what I have used as a last resort for leg cramps. It does work but extremely hard to get insurance to pay for Not sure why insurance would be needed. Publix sells 33 oz bottles for like a dollar. http://www.publix.com/pd/RIO-PCI-106011I'll be buying some of this before dark. Thanks. Cured Mine

Mama always told me they was growing pains. As old as wiley is, I'm sure he's had his last growing pains a LONG time ago. This may have something to do with that little filly he was gonna take fishing! She moved before I could score That's another negative about getting old. You get slower!!

consider going to see PCP to get checked out Who knew? Thought he only dealt with turkey jinx's I appreciate the confidence in me, but if I knew a cure for leg cramps I would be using it myself. I've had them hit my calf muscles for years, but now I get them in my thighs sometimes too. Nothing makes you come out of the bed as fast as a leg cramp.
