Wife just came in and said bees were everywhere on the eave of the house. When we added on the added a roof on top of the existing but left a seam on the underside apparently. Well about 20-40 bees flying in and out. Dang I hope they just scouts. Started raining now and can’t see anything. I will have to kill these if I can’t get em out where they are located.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

My phone screen does not always work right, usually a lot of misspelled words....

After the rain please check and see if these are honey bees. If so with that many, 20-40, flying in and out they have set up home. Where in South Alabama are you? PM welcome. We have many folks, beekeepers, that would be glad to remove the bees to get a "free" hive.
Thanks.

i'm one of the beekeepers but with where they are at they probably gonna be sprayed. we gonna look into them a little more Tuesday when it clears up weather wise. i'd love to get em but i am sure there is nothing establishes just yet. we sit on the porch all the time and this is the first time we have noticed bees there. again, we gonna investigate some more but it aint looking good. for them that is.

Had two hives swarm yesterday. Lots of swarm prevention practiced but seems no such thing as swarm control.

I ain’t seen a bee again up there since that day. With the amount flying around I’d of bet my left arm they was in there. I ain’t tearing it apart or spraying it now till I know for sure. I’m guessing they ain’t. My neighbor had one swarm a few days ago. The was on a limb about twenty steps from his hive. It was easy to get them back.
