Grew up hunting some land just off of 63 in Pickens county right on the the Sispey river, 2600 acres. Name of the club was the Pioneer Hunting Club. I was last there in 1988. Could be wrong but I understand the club disbanded years ago. Westervelt land.

Pinehill Hunting Club has about 2600 acres of the old Pioneer Preserve.(Gulf States/Westervelt). I talk with Steve Frederick last year about this club. His number is 205-515-5194.

I picked up part (1000 acres) of the old pioneer club a few years back when it disbanded. I gave the lease to a friend last year, it was getting too expensive for me. DM me if you would like any details. I do believe they are looking for members for next deer season.

I was in the club for several years Al Hurd was president I think from Rust Engineering back then.
