to test. After all my research, I'm sticking with Black Eagle Outlaws. Current arrows were 421gr, reduced to 407gr two years ago. The arrows I'm getting will be 462gr total arrow weight. 125gr heads and a 42gr brass insert. If things go like I think, this should punch an elk pretty well. My son with a easy change to his set up will only lose about 8fps. I also had one fletched helical and the other off-set. Should be interesting.
On a side note, he's color blind to specific colors. He said blue and orange were very visible to him. Wife said NO Auburn colors, lol.
