I'm going turkey hunting for the first time in Dallas, Co. What type of clothing and gear should I bring? Should I wear my normal deer hunting clothes? Any info would be great.

Might want to post this in the Turkey forum... Probably have better luck.
Yeah, well, I always heard there were three kinds of suns in Kansas: sunshine, sunflowers, and sons-of-bitches.

Camo and warm enough for whatever the weather is. They can't smell you, but can sure see you. Wear a face mask an a hat. Stay super still when they are close. I just wear my deer clothes and hiking boots. I have some camo that's lighter and more green in it for when it warms up. Once you get hooked, buy you a vest to carry all of your crap and have a cushion to sit on.

Be sure to get some Hen N Heat from Academy or Cabelas. Just ask the guy at the gun counter. sometimes they keep it back there.

Thanks for the information guys. I didn't realize that their was a Turkey forum at the time of this post. I did harvest a nice Turkey by the way from the SOA area.
