Bare bow you’re looking at about $750. As for the let off difference: state regs, speed and feel. There’s a noticeable difference between the two. On a 60# bow your looking at a 9# vs. 15# of holding weight. Some people shoot lower let off bows better, especially with true back tension releases. My Halon 32 and No Cam HTX both have 85% mods on them.

I have the 85 % mods and I feel like I can hold back longer and steadier than ever before. Does it make my shot perfect. No but it sure helps.
