Since as some of you know, cheap trail cam companies customer service super sucks.
Wanted to get you in on my problem and update you so you'll know and can decide.

Had a bushnell E2 camera bite the dust. Opened it up to pull card and probably about 2 table spoons of water came out of the bottom of the case. Camera wont power on. Stopped taking pics on 1/24. Had big rain that I suspect was its demise.

Camera purchase date is 1/27/17, delivery date was 2/1/17 to my door.
Called Bushnell on 2/2/18, spoke to English speaking man, no hold time and gave him details.
Filled out warranty/repair form online and mailed cam off yesterday 2/5/18 as instructed, to arrive at Bushnell on Thursday 2/8/18 (Cost $13).

Updates will follow.

Just had a strap tab break off the back of my e-3 today. Less than 6 months old. Really liking the cam thus far,so hopefully the customer service doesn't disappoint.

Talk to Travis at Bushnell.

I bought 8 cams, Bushnell, Primos and Tasco ... all of them are actually Busnell now. I asked Travis if it was fair for me to have to pay postage both ways, lose the use of the camera for a month or so and he said just mail it to him and don't include a check for return postage.

(btw: ask the post office to give you the "media" rate and it's about $3.50 or so postage if you send it USPS).

Out of the 8 cameras, more than half of them konked out under warranty. My camera No. 4 had to be replaced 5 times, and the last replacement eats batteries up if I set it on video mode. I've got one camera left that works like it's supposed to. I can't count on the others. They work sometimes and sometimes the don't. They are all out of warranty now, and I'm tired of sending cameras back to Bushnell for new ones that don't work right either.

Don't expect their website tracking to work either. It worked for a while but has not worked for several months now. They'll send you a new camera to replace yours, but you'll lose a lot of use of the camera you can't make up in the mean time.

And also, bucks are scared of Bushnell cameras ... here's the proof. smile

Well lets just see.
And I disagree with your final statement.

This is what you'll get when you use the lab number to track the progress of your repair. Keep the phone number handy. If things haven't changed lately, you'll be needing it.[Linked Image]

Update

Off from work yesterday, cleaning guns when UPS pulls up with a brand new Bushnell E3 camera.
Only wish they'd have sent me another E2 but I'll take what I can get. The E3 is not a bad camera, I have 2 already, just not quiet as fast as my E2.

Anyways, its over, the deal is done, camera replaced with a new one, I feel they done the best they could do.

The END
