Look at Cast industries. I think they will make whatever you want but you have to buy in bulk. I have not dealt with them personally but know of some folks who have and they were happy. They bought about 500 at a time though. www.castind.com

A friend & his son make them along with plastics. Look up Howard bait & tackle. I dont know if they are better than others but they use good hooks & I have improved my hook up ratio since I started using them.
