For most guns, $160.00 for a single color. $200.00 for AR 15 Style rifles. Add $25.00 for each additional color. Mags, scope bases, etc are priced on request.
There are two types of gun enthusiasts ... Those who have been F#CKED by PTG and those who will be!

Man that looks good and hopefully will result in the death of many turkeys.

I've been seriously considering an OU turkey gun. After missing TWO! turkeys last year, at close range, I would put a modified choke in one barrel.
My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

I’m going to make a turkey gun out of my CZ Canvasback. Extra full turkey in bottoms, mod in top. I’m thinking of adding one of those high viz rib mount rifle sights to mine.

The bottom barrel is a .596, so still capable of 45-50 but more open than the top. Missing birds is actually the reason I went with a red dot. I've always been strictly against them, but the last 5 years I've missed 2-3 a year. I've been taking bad shots, and I'm hoping the optic being out of my comfort zone will slow me down.

Is the poi the same on both barrels? Nah, bottom shoots a little low, it's not bad, but pcp gave me some tips that I'm gonna try to fix it.

sweet setup. Are you planing to put a sling on it? If so, what kind? i just ordered a sling kit that fits on the lower barrel in the front. I'll be using a paracord sling on this one.

Is the poi the same on both barrels? Nah, bottom shoots a little low, it's not bad, but pcp gave me some tips that I'm gonna try to fix it. I worked on my gun yesterday. The open barrel was shooting about 8" high. I adjusted it by filing the bottom of the choke. I started at 6 o'clock and made 4 strokes with a chainsaw file at about 45 degrees. Then 3 strokes at 7, 2 at 8 and 1 at 9. Then moved to the other side and did 3 strokes at 5, 2 at 4, and 1 at 3 o'clock. The idea is that the wad column will hit the chamfered edge and be pulled slightly down. If you were to shoot an old style shell that doesn't have a plastic wad I would suspect that the pattern would not be affected. I put it back together and shot it and I had only moved it a couple of inches. I repeated the procedure and it still wasn't enough, so I did it a third time. You don't wanna go too far so it's essential to check it often. After the third try I was tired of working on it, but it was still shooting about 2" high at 40 yards. I may work on it again, but I may just call it good. I always aim halfway up the neck anyway. I've done this with 4 different sets of chokes and one gun with fixed chokes. It's always changed the poi on everything except a SumToy turkey choke. It was built like a tank and I couldn't move the pattern at all on it. Note that this method will open the pattern to some extent, so start with a choke one size tighter than you want.
