It's a good indication of what kind of coaches they really are without their one year wonders on the roster. Hell, Gus is taking a considerable pay cut to get out and Roof, well I think we all agree that his defense is horrible. Ole Chiz will be on the hot seat next year, you just watch. This is very reminiscent of the Tubby era after he had his undefeated season. On the other hand, Bama's coordinators have had more than just ONE good year and now they are going out on a high note. Kirby and Jim are better recruiters, better developers of talent and just better coaches. Their records speak for themselves. I wish them well and feel confident that Saban will hire replacements that will keep things rolling.
